Nusaiba Jannath is a 7-month-old baby girl who is deeply loved by her parents and three older siblings, who constantly care for her and try to comfort her when she is unwell. Her father is a farmer earning only around BDT 6,000 per month, and with six family members to support. Nusaiba is a calm and gentle child, but severe pneumonia has left her weak, restless, and struggling to breathe, causing great distress to her parents, brother Rafi, and sisters Nusrat and Rahel. The entire family became frightened as her fever and breathing difficulty worsened, knowing they could not afford the urgent medical care she needed. Without timely treatment, the infection could spread rapidly, leading to severe breathing problems, dangerously low oxygen levels, lung failure, and other life-threatening complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Tanjila Shahin Ema and sought support to save their daughter's life.

Nusaiba Jannat was admitted to Seba Hospital on 02 June 2026 with fever, cough, breathing difficulty, and a serious lung infection. She stayed in the hospital for several days and was closely monitored by the doctors and nurses. During her treatment, she received medicines and supportive care to help her recover. Her condition gradually improved, and she was discharged on 09 June 2026 with advice for continued care at home. At the time of discharge, the patient's family expressed their sincere gratitude to Helpster Volunteer Abu Sayeed and the Seba Hospital team for their support and care.

According to the treating doctors, hospitalization, antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and supportive treatment are essential to control Nusaiba’s severe lung infection, improve her breathing, and restore her oxygen levels. With timely treatment, the infection is expected to resolve, allowing her to recover, feed normally, and continue healthy growth and development. However, if left untreated, severe pneumonia can rapidly worsen, leading to respiratory failure, dangerously low oxygen levels, spread of infection throughout the body, and damage to vital organs. In severe cases, these complications can become life-threatening.
