Shayan Ali is a cheerful and playful 4-year-old boy who loves racing toy cars and making his younger brother laugh. His father, Md. Zubair Ali, works as a daily wage laborer and earns only about 9,000 BDT per month, supporting Shayan, his mother Resmi Akter, his grandfather, and his younger brother, making it extremely difficult to afford medical treatment. Doctors immediately evaluated his condition and successfully performed his circumcision surgery on that very same day. After an excellent recovery from the anesthesia, he spent a total of two days in the hospital before being safely discharged on June 5, 2026. He went home with a post-discharge care plan that includes prescribed oral syrups like Emixef and Napa, along with Bactrocin ointment to ensure his wound heals cleanly. The treatment worked perfectly, significantly reducing his risk of complications, and Shayan is now resting comfortably at home, completely free from painful urination.

According to the treating physician, timely circumcision is expected to permanently correct Shayan's phimosis, allowing him to pass urine normally without pain, difficulty, or ballooning of the foreskin. The procedure will significantly improve his comfort, reduce the risk of recurrent urinary tract infections, and help him maintain normal urinary and genital health as he grows. With proper postoperative care and follow-up, he is expected to make a full recovery and enjoy a normal, healthy childhood. However, if left untreated, the narrowing of the foreskin may continue to worsen, leading to severe pain during urination, repeated infections, urinary retention, and possible damage to the urinary tract.
