Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Md. Saifullah Miaha is a polite and hardworking 10-year-old Madrasa student who dreams of becoming a teacher and helping his community in the future. His father, a farmer, earns only about 8,500 Taka per month, which must cover all the needs of their small family, making it impossible to afford specialized medical treatment when Saifullah became seriously ill. For years, he suffered from repeated sore throats and painful swallowing, and his condition worsened with severe fever, difficulty eating, and frequent nosebleeds due to adenotonsillitis with right nasal HIT and epistaxis. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Salauddin of Al Manar Hospital, who guided them toward the support they desperately needed. Without timely treatment, Saifullah could continue to suffer from recurrent infections, severe throat pain, difficulty eating and breathing, repeated nosebleeds, poor nutrition, and other complication

Prognosis

According to Dr. Md. Ibrahim Khalil Ullah, Saifullah required an adenotonsillectomy to remove his enlarged tonsils and cauterize his bleeding vessels, alongside a 14-day course of medications. This vital treatment will significantly improve his life by stopping his active nosebleeds and taking away his severe throat pain so he can swallow comfortably again. His surgery was successful, and he is expected to heal well at home by taking his prescribed medicines and avoiding hard, hot, or spicy foods. If he had not received this medical help, his continuous bleeding and severe difficulty in swallowing would have worsened, eventually leading to dangerous, life-threatening complications like severe blood loss or malnutrition.
