Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Travis is the second-born child in a family of three children being raised by their single mother following the recent death of their father. Due to severe financial hardship, he has not been enrolled in school. His mother earns a living by hawking sweets at the bus station, but the income is insufficient to meet the family's basic needs. After being unable to pay rent, the family was evicted from their home and now lives with their grandmother. Travis sustained a severe burn to his right lower limb, extending from the mid-thigh to the upper third of the leg, after accidentally coming into contact with boiling water while his mother was cooking. The injury caused intense pain and extensive tissue damage, leaving him unable to stand or walk on the affected limb. Because the family could not afford immediate medical care, his mother initially applied traditional herbal remedies. Unfortunately, the wound deteriorated, became contaminated and infected, with increasing pain, swelling, and foul-smelling discharge, prompting the family to seek urgent medical attention.
