Most. Sumi was admitted to the hospital on 04.06.2026 with a 37-week-and-3-day pregnancy complicated by a breech presentation. Considering the risks associated with this condition, an LUCS was performed on the same day under spinal anesthesia. The operation was successful, and a healthy baby was delivered safely. Following the surgery, both mother and baby received appropriate medical management and nursing care, resulting in a stable recovery without complications. Their condition improved steadily, and they were discharged from the hospital in a safe and satisfactory condition on 07.06.2026.

The recommended treatment for Sumi is LSCS under spinal anesthesia, which is considered the safest and most effective option for delivering a baby in a breech presentation.
