Md. Robiul Islam is a polite and hardworking 8-year-old boy who enjoys going to school and dreams of completing his education despite his family's poverty. He lives with his parents, siblings, and grandparents, where his father is the only earning member, working as a poor farmer with a limited income that is barely enough to provide food and other basic necessities, making it impossible for the family to afford the cost of his urgent surgery. He has been diagnosed with a peritonsillar abscess, and without timely treatment, the infection could spread rapidly, causing airway obstruction, severe breathing difficulty, bloodstream infection (sepsis), multiple organ failure, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
