Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aisha is a 10-year-old girl and the second child in her family. She enjoys playing with her friends and lending a hand to her mom with household chores. When she thinks about her future, she dreams of becoming a doctor someday. Lately, Aisha has been telling her mom about pains in her belly and legs. She presented with fever, headache, poor appetite, dizziness, body aches and pains, vomiting, diarrhea and body wekness. Sadly, her mom can't afford to take her to the hospital because she doesn't have a job and her husband has left her. After seeing a doctor, Aisha was found to have three health issues: Liver disease, Colitis, and Pyrexia of Unknown Origin (a fever of unknown cause). She needs urgent medical treatment to get better.
Medical history
Aisha's vital were taken by the nurse. Thereafter, the doctor examined her. She was sent to the laboratory for blood test. The next day, she had stool test due to the vomiting and diarrhoea. When the result was out, she was administered drugs. Today, Aisha has full recovered of her illness
Outcome
This is amenable to treatment and the symptoms will resolve and the child would feel much beter. Prognosis is great with prompt treatment with good medications.
