Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Mst. Rujina Akter is a kind, honest, and hopeful young woman who dreams of becoming a loving mother and building a better future for her family. She lives with her husband, Md. Rakib, and her mother-in-law, Momtaj Begum, and the family depends entirely on her husband's small monthly income of only 6,000 BDT, making the cost of an emergency cesarean section impossible to afford. Although they had hoped for a normal delivery at home, doctors diagnosed her with severe oligohydramnios after she developed persistent abdominal pain and reached a post-term pregnancy, making immediate surgery essential. Without timely treatment, both Rujina and her unborn baby could face life-threatening complications, including fetal distress, stillbirth, obstructed labor, severe bleeding, and serious risks to the mother's life. After learning about Helpster Charity through a doctor, the family is now seeking support to ensure a safe delivery and protect the lives of both mother and baby.

Prognosis

The recommended treatment for Mst. Rujina Akter is LUCS under spinal anesthesia (SAB), as it is the safest and most appropriate method of delivery for a post-term pregnancy complicated by severe oligohydramnios. Early surgical delivery can significantly reduce the risk of complications and improve outcomes for both the mother and the baby. With timely intervention, the baby is expected to be delivered safely and recover well. However, delaying delivery may lead to fetal distress due to reduced oxygen supply, increasing the risk of permanent neurological injury, stillbirth, or other life-threatening complications. The mother may also face an increased risk of labor-related complications and infection. Therefore, immediate cesarean delivery is strongly recommended to protect the health and well-being of both the mother and her baby.
