Taiba Jannath is a calm and gentle 7-month-old baby girl who is deeply loved by her parents and adored by her elder brother, Rabbi, and sister, Adiba. Her father, Nasir Ahmed, works as a bricklayer, and his limited income is barely enough to provide food and basic necessities for the family, leaving them unable to afford Taiba's hospital treatment. When she developed acute gastroenteritis, she suffered from repeated vomiting, diarrhea, and fever, causing severe weakness and putting her at high risk of life-threatening dehydration if left untreated. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Tanjila Shahin Ema, whose support made it possible for Taiba to receive the urgent treatment she needed. With timely medical care, Taiba now has the opportunity to recover fully, grow up healthy, and enjoy a bright future with her family.

Taiba Jannath was admitted to Seba Hospital on 18 June 2026 after suffering from frequent loose stools, vomiting, and fever for several days. As her condition worsened and she became weak, she required hospitalization and was kept under close observation by the medical team. During her stay, she received medicines, fluids, supportive care, and regular monitoring from doctors and nurses to help her recover from acute gastroenteritis. Her condition gradually improved with treatment, and she was discharged on 23 June 2026 with medical advice for continued care at home. At the time of discharge, the patient's family expressed their sincere gratitude to Helpster Volunteer Tanjila Shahin Ema and the Seba Hospital team for their support and care.

According to the treating doctor, Taiba is expected to make a full recovery with timely treatment, proper hydration, and continued medical care. The treatment will help stop the vomiting and diarrhea, restore lost fluids, and allow her to return to normal feeding, growth, and development. However, if left untreated, acute gastroenteritis can lead to severe dehydration, weakness, and serious health complications, especially in young infants. Prolonged loss of fluids may affect vital body functions and can become life-threatening. Therefore, early treatment and proper follow-up care are essential to ensure her healthy recovery and overall well-being.
