Doctors immediately stabilized her condition and provided conservative treatment, including oral antibiotics and pain relievers, to prepare her for long-term reconstructive surgeries. Following a stable initial recovery period, she spent a total of six days in the hospital before being safely discharged on June 29, 2026. She returned home with a prescribed course of antibiotic and pain relief syrups, alongside strict instructions to return for a follow-up assessment in three weeks. This initial medical intervention has successfully managed her immediate symptoms, putting her on a clear path toward the major reconstructive surgeries that will ultimately restore the full use of her arm and give her a normal childhood.

According to Dr. Md. Tarequl Kabir, Raisa requires a multi-stage treatment plan that begins with infection control and reconstructive flap coverage to repair the tissue defect on her left elbow. Once she reaches skeletal maturity, she will also need an elbow joint replacement to fully restore the movement and function of her arm.
