Mst. Sabina Akter is a kind, caring, and resilient 24-year-old mother who dreams of safely welcoming her second child and giving both of her children a healthy and secure future. She lives with her husband and young son, while her husband is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer with an irregular income that is barely enough to cover daily necessities, leaving them unable to afford the cost of an urgent Caesarean section, especially while still burdened by the loan taken for her first delivery. After learning about Helpster Charity from OT Assistant Abdul Mannan, Sabina sought help, and Bablu Abdullah visited their home to verify the family's financial hardship and offer hope during this difficult time. Doctors have advised an urgent Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) because of her previous C-section and the baby's breech presentation, making a normal delivery unsafe. Without timely surgery, both Sabina and her unborn baby face a high risk of obstructed labor, uterine rupture, severe bleeding, fetal distress, birth injury, stillbirth, and other life-threatening complications.

Mst Sabina Akter was admitted to the hospital on July 05, 2026 with a diagnosis of Breech presentation and Previous history of C-section. On the same day, she successfully underwent a cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn remained in good condition and were discharged on July 10, 2026. Upon discharge, Husband and mother to the hospital to receive both the mother and the newborn. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. With timely surgery, the baby can be delivered safely, significantly reducing the risk of birth complications while protecting the mother's health and improving the chances of a full recovery for both. Following appropriate postoperative care and regular follow-up, Sabina is expected to recover well and care for her newborn and family. If LUCS is delayed or not performed, both the mother and baby face a high risk of obstructed labor, uterine rupture, severe bleeding, fetal distress, birth injury, stillbirth, and other life-threatening complications that could endanger both of their lives.
