Mst. Nasima Akter is a cheerful, kind-hearted, and determined 7-year-old girl who loves going to school and dreams of growing up healthy so she can continue her education. She lives with her parents and siblings in a family of four, while her father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer with a very limited income, making it impossible to afford the cost of blood transfusion, antibiotics, hospitalization, and other medical expenses while meeting the family's daily needs. After learning about Helpster Charity from Lab Technologist Khairul Islam, the family sought help from Bablu Abdullah, who guided them to Jamuna Clinic, giving them hope that Nasima could receive the lifesaving treatment she urgently needs. Despite their determination to save their daughter, the family has exhausted all available resources and cannot continue her treatment without assistance. Without timely treatment, typhoid fever and anemia can lead to severe weakness, life-threatening infection, heart strain, organ complications, and even death, putting Nasima's health and future at grave risk.

The treating doctor has recommended hospitalization, parenteral (intravenous) antibiotic therapy, blood transfusion or iron therapy (depending on the severity and cause of the anemia), and other supportive treatment to control the typhoid infection, restore her hemoglobin level, and stabilize her condition. With timely treatment and close medical monitoring, Nasima's fever is expected to subside, her strength and energy will gradually return, and she should make a full recovery, allowing her to resume her normal activities and education. Completing the prescribed medications, maintaining proper nutrition, and attending follow-up visits are essential for complete recovery.
