Swity Akter is a bright, cheerful, and determined 10-year-old girl who loves going to school and dreams of growing up to support her family. She lives with her parents and one sibling, while her father is the family's only earning member, working as a day laborer with a very limited income, making it impossible to afford the cost of hospitalization, investigations, and medicines for her typhoid treatment while meeting their daily needs.
