Most. Sinha Yesmin is a bright, kind-hearted, and determined 12-year-old schoolgirl who dreams of continuing her education and building a better future for her family. She lives with her parents and siblings in a family of five, where her father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer whose limited income is barely enough to provide food and other daily necessities, leaving the family unable to afford the cost of hospitalization, investigations, and medicines for her typhoid treatment. After learning about Helpster Charity from Nurse Sanu Begum, the family sought help from Bablu Abdullah, who guided them to Jamuna Clinic, giving them hope that Sinha could receive the treatment she urgently needed. Despite exhausting their limited resources, her parents cannot continue her treatment without financial assistance. Without timely treatment, typhoid fever can lead to severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, bloodstream infection (sepsis), and other life-threatening complications, placing Sinha's health, education, and future at serious risk.

Most. Sinha Yesmin was admitted to the hospital on June 28, 2026, with a high fever, cough, and generalized weakness. Following a comprehensive medical evaluation and diagnostic investigations, she was diagnosed with typhoid fever. She received appropriate medical treatment, including supportive care and prescribed medications. After six days of treatment, her condition improved significantly, and she was discharged on July 4, 2026, in stable health. Throughout her hospitalization, Sinha was accompanied by her mother and aunt, who remained by her side and provided continuous care and emotional support. At the time of discharge, Sinha's mother expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Md. Abdullah Miah for their compassionate care and unwavering support throughout her daughter's treatment. Her aunt also conveyed her sincere appreciation to Helpster for the financial assistance, which enabled Sinha to receive timely and appropriate medical care despite the family's severe financial hardship.

The treating doctor has recommended hospitalization, parenteral (intravenous) antibiotic therapy, and supportive treatment to eliminate the typhoid infection, control the fever, maintain hydration, and prevent serious complications. With timely treatment and close medical supervision, Sinha is expected to recover fully, regain her strength, and return to her normal daily activities, including attending school. Completing the full course of antibiotics and attending follow-up visits are essential to ensure complete recovery and reduce the risk of relapse.
