Aklima Begum is a 24-year-old mother who dreams of safely welcoming her third child and building a healthy future with her husband, Ilias, their 8-year-old daughter Fatema, 3-year-old son Al Amin, and mother-in-law Rizia Begum. With timely surgery, the baby can be delivered safely, reducing the risk of oxygen deprivation and preventing further complications for both mother and child. After the operation, Aklima is expected to recover well with proper care, and her baby has a strong chance of being healthy and stable. However, if left untreated, severe oligohydramnios with fetal distress can quickly become life-threatening. The baby may suffer from severe oxygen shortage, which can lead to stillbirth or long-term complications, while the mother may also face serious risks during prolonged or complicated labor.
