Nur Nobi is a bright and determined 7-year-old boy who lives with his parents, younger sister, and elderly grandparents in a family of six, dreaming of continuing his education despite their hardships. His father is the family's only earning member, working as an agricultural day laborer with a monthly income of approximately BDT 8,000, which is barely enough to provide food and other basic necessities, leaving the family unable to afford the cost of hospitalization, medicines, diagnostic tests, and ongoing treatment. After learning about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital, the family sought assistance in the hope of saving their son's health. Despite exhausting their limited resources, they cannot continue Nur Nobi's treatment without financial support. Without timely treatment, typhoid fever with a urinary tract infection can lead to severe dehydration, bloodstream infection (sepsis), kidney complications, intestinal bleeding or perforation, multi-organ complications, and other life-threatening conditions that could seriously endanger his life.

With timely administration of appropriate antibiotics and supportive treatment, Nur Nobi’s typhoid fever and urinary tract infection (UTI) can be effectively controlled, leading to a gradual reduction in fever and improvement in abdominal pain, weakness, and other symptoms. Proper medical care, adequate hydration, nutritional support, and close monitoring will help restore his strength, improve his appetite, and support his recovery so that he can return to his normal daily activities, including attending school. With prompt and appropriate treatment, the chances of a full recovery are very high. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever and the associated urinary tract infection can worsen, causing severe dehydration, prolonged illness, increased weakness, kidney-related complications, or the spread of infection throughout the body. In severe cases, these complications can become life-threatening and may significantly affect his overall health and development.
