Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Artron is an intelligent boy who lost his parents at an early age and now lives with his grandmother. The grandmother's friend takes on the expenses for Artron's education. He loves soccer and dreams of becoming a doctor in the future. Recently, he has encountered health problems: he is bothered by joint and head pains, as well as fever.
Medical history
Artron was brought to the facility by a school van, presenting with joint pains, nausea, chills, vomiting, and abdominal pain. He was sent to the laboratory for a malaria test, which returned positive. He was admitted and treated with intravenous antibiotics, antimalarial injections followed by oral doses, and pain relief medication. Upon improvement, he was discharged home with a three-day course of antimalarial tablets. He progressed well to recovery, as confirmed by a follow up phone call
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
