Md. Rubel Hosen is a hardworking, respectful, and ambitious 16-year-old student who dreams of completing his education and supporting his family in the future. He lives with his parents and siblings in a family of five, while his father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer with a monthly income of only BDT 5,000, making it impossible to afford the cost of hospitalization, medicines, and treatment while meeting the family's daily needs. After learning about Helpster Charity from health worker Suraiya Akter, the family sought help from Md. Bablu Abdullah, who advised them to admit Rubel to Jamuna Clinic so he could receive the urgent medical care he needed. Despite exhausting their limited resources, the family cannot continue his treatment without financial assistance. Without immediate treatment, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, or even death, putting Rubel's life and future at serious risk.

Md. Rubel Hosen was admitted to Jamuna Clinic on July 12, 20026 with a persistent high fever, cough, and generalized weakness. Following a comprehensive clinical evaluation and appropriate diagnostic investigations, he was diagnosed with typhoid fever. He received the necessary medical treatment, including prescribed medications, supportive care, and close clinical monitoring. After completing the prescribed course of treatment, his condition improved significantly, and he was discharged on July 18, 2026 in stable condition. Throughout his hospitalization, both of his parents remained by his side, providing continuous care and emotional support. At the time of discharge, Rubel's father expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic, and Bablu Abdullah for their compassionate care and unwavering support during his son's treatment. He also conveyed his sincere appreciation to Helpster for the financial assistance, which enabled Rubel to receive timely and appropriate medical care despite the family's severe financial hardship. The family expressed their hope that this support would allow Rubel to recover fully, return to his studies, and resume his normal daily activities in good health.

The treating doctor has recommended hospitalization, intravenous antibiotic therapy, nebulization, oxygen support if required, and other supportive treatment to control the infection, improve lung function, and stabilize Rubel's condition. With timely treatment and close medical monitoring, the infection is expected to resolve, his fever will subside, breathing will improve, and he should make a full recovery and return to his normal daily activities and education. If left untreated, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, shock, or even death, placing Rubel's life at immediate risk.
