Md. Rubel Hosen is a hardworking, respectful, and ambitious 16-year-old student who dreams of completing his education and supporting his family in the future. He lives with his parents and siblings in a family of five, while his father is the only earning member, working as a day laborer with a monthly income of only BDT 5,000, making it impossible to afford the cost of hospitalization, medicines, and treatment while meeting the family's daily needs. After learning about Helpster Charity from health worker Suraiya Akter, the family sought help from Md. Bablu Abdullah, who advised them to admit Rubel to Jamuna Clinic so he could receive the urgent medical care he needed. Despite exhausting their limited resources, the family cannot continue his treatment without financial assistance. Without immediate treatment, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, or even death, putting Rubel's life and future at serious risk.

The treating doctor has recommended hospitalization, intravenous antibiotic therapy, nebulization, oxygen support if required, and other supportive treatment to control the infection, improve lung function, and stabilize Rubel's condition. With timely treatment and close medical monitoring, the infection is expected to resolve, his fever will subside, breathing will improve, and he should make a full recovery and return to his normal daily activities and education. If left untreated, severe pneumonia can rapidly progress to respiratory failure, bloodstream infection (sepsis), permanent lung damage, shock, or even death, placing Rubel's life at immediate risk.
