Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Narayanganj Poly Clinic and General Hospital Bangladesh

143, BB Road, Narayanganj, postal code -1400, Bangladesh

Background

Iqra is a 10-year-old girl who lives in a tin shed house with her mother and grandparents. Sadly, her father passed away about 4 years ago. In her family, her mother is the only one who goes to work to support them. Recently, Iqra became very ill. She had a high fever with chills and rigor, and it hurt when she urinated. She was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection (UTI) and tried taking medicine from the government hospital and other doctors, but it didn't make her better. That's when her mother heard about Helpster Charity and decided to visit Narayanganj Polyclinic. Iqra's family is struggling financially, and her mother can't afford the cost of her treatment. They are relying on the generosity of donors from Helpster Charity. Despite being sick, Iqra still manages to smile.

Medical history

Iqra had Urinary Tract Infection with symptoms such as high fever and burning Micturition. Iqra was treated with injectable antibiotics, along with other medications like paracetamol. The patient stayed in the hospital for 5 days. Masud, Assistant of the Narayanaganj Polyclinic Director, visited Iqra’s family 5 days after discharge. Masud talked to Iqra’s mother, Tania, who told Masud about the improved condition of her daughter. Tania: "I was so happy to get to know Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic doctors who helped my daughter come back to her everyday life. Thank you so much for bringing happiness and relief int our family!"

Outcome

The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
