After learning about Helpster Charity through a leaflet, the family sought assistance in the hope of ensuring a safe delivery for Moni and her unborn baby. Despite exhausting their limited resources, they cannot continue her treatment without financial support. Without timely medical intervention, her breech pregnancy may lead to obstructed labour, fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth injury, severe maternal bleeding, stillbirth, and other life-threatening complications that could endanger both the mother and her baby.

The recommended treatment for Moni Debnath is a Lower Segment Caesarean Section (LSCS) under Spinal Anesthesia (SAB), which is the safest option to deliver the baby promptly and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, both the mother and the baby are expected to recover well, and the baby is expected to lead a healthy life. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may suffer from fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth trauma such as brachial plexus injury, or head entrapment during delivery.
