Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Kingstone is an ambitious young boy who dreams of becoming a pilot when he grows up. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and mountain climbing, with a particular goal of reaching one of the peaks of Mt. Kenya. He is sociable and loves spending time with his friends. Recently, he has had a three-day history of coughing, fever, and vomiting.
Medical history
Kingstone presented with a 3-day history of cough, fever and vomiting Symptoms had a sudden onset. The cough was productive, with no chest pain reported. Fever was intermittent and partially relieved by paracetamol. Vomiting occurred up to three times today, yellowish in color, non-projectile, and associated with loss of appetite. The child appeared irritable and lethargic. The child appeared sick, with inflamed tonsils and a temperature of 38.7°C. The child responded well to antibiotics and supportive care. A follow-up phone call confirmed that she is now well.
Outcome
A lower respiratory tract infection can lead to serious complications such as chronic lung diseases, respiratory failure, and sepsis. Without timely and proper treatment, the patient's condition may deteriorate, sometimes requiring hospitalization and intensive care.
