Md. Abdul Halim is a 9-year-old schoolboy from a family of five whose father is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only approximately USD 65 per month. With such limited income, the family struggles to afford basic necessities, making it difficult to pay for qualified medical consultation, investigations, and hospital treatment.
