Anas Ali is a young child who was reasonably well until developing a common cold and cough that gradually worsened, with fever up to 102°F and severe respiratory distress. He lives with his parents and 3.5-year-old sister in extremely difficult conditions, while his father is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning approximately about USD 65 per month, making it impossible for the family to afford repeated hospital expenses.
