Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fatai, the second of five children, comes from a family where the parents are separated. He hasn't had any contact with his mother for the last three years and is unaware of her whereabouts. His father, who has been the primary caregiver, struggles financially and is unable to cover the hospital bills for his son's needed surgery. Until six months ago, Fatai was in good health. However, he then began to experience a scrotal swelling that was initially small but has gradually grown larger, causing intermittent pain.
Medical history
Mustapha had a scrotal swelling and was diagnosed with Inguinal Hernia. He was admitted and surgical correction done successfully. There was no complications and he was monitored until fit to go home. He was discharged home when clinically stable and he left the hospital happy and grateful to Helpster Charity.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
