Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mohammad Araf is a 3-month-old baby boy living with his parents, 4-year-old sister, and grandparents in a six-member family. His father, Mohammad Rashed (28), is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only around USD 65 per month, making it difficult to afford Araf’s medical expenses while meeting the family’s basic needs. Araf developed fever, cough, cold, and breathing difficulties and was admitted to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital, where he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. Without timely treatment, his breathing difficulty could worsen and lead to serious complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and is seeking support for Araf’s recovery.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with parenteral antibiotics and supportive therapy. Hospital admission will allow Araf to receive close monitoring and timely management of his severe pneumonia. Parenteral antibiotics will help control the infection, while supportive therapy will help maintain adequate oxygenation, hydration, and overall stability. With prompt treatment and careful observation, he is expected to improve gradually and recover safely.
