Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rishma, a youthful, athletic girl with an interest in learning acrobatics, also aspires to become a doctor in the future. Her preferred meal is rice and beans. However, over the past three days, she has been experiencing headaches, coughing, and chest congestion. Initially, her symptoms were mild, but they have progressively worsened with each passing day.
Medical history
The child was brought in the facility with complains of severe headache associated with hub cough which is non productive no vomiting for the last 3 days , BS test was done and was reactive. Anti malarial drug was given and the child was discharged after being monitored for 6 hours drugs were also given to her. The hospital made a follow up on her three days after, just to find out how she was doing, and it was confirmed that she is doing well
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
