Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Darian is under a year old and was admitted to the hospital with a septic rash on his neck, mouth sores causing irritability during feeding, and a fever.

Medical history

This was the patient’s first visit to the facility, presenting with a rash and a wound on the neck and generalized rash on the body, and fever. Pre-medication: Paracetamol Examination Findings: Septic rash on the anterior neck, discharging pus with signs of inflammation Diagnosis: Oral candidiasis Septic rash and wound Treatment: Wounds were cleaned Antibiotics prescribed for 5 days Darian was discharged in stable condition to continue recovery at home. He was brought back to the hospital 5 days after discharge, for a check up, and it was confirmed that he is now doing well

Outcome

Oral candidiasis can lead to difficulty in eating and swallowing. In individuals with a weakened immune system, the infection can spread to other organs and tissues. Without adequate treatment, the condition can become chronic with frequent recurrences.
