Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Happy is a teenage girl who was orphaned at the age of nine. She now lives with her elder sister, who is only a few years older than her. Despite her struggles, Happy managed to graduate from secondary school but could not pursue further studies due to financial constraints. She hopes to become a fashion designer in the future. Happy was apparently well until 2022 when she began experiencing throat pain, difficulty swallowing, and a swelling at the front of her neck. Currently, the swelling has become visibly larger, and she tries to conceal it with scarves. This condition has hindered her dreams, and she lives each day hoping for a way to get treated. After evaluation, she was diagnosed with a goiter (thyroid disease).
Medical history
Happy Paul was operated upon on the 15th1day of March 2025 and discharged 19th March 2025. She has been visited the hospital for wound dressing. She is excited to have been treated and appreciates Helpster angels for the kindness.
Outcome
A Goiter can lead to difficulty breathing and swallowing as the enlarged thyroid gland compresses the trachea and esophagus. Without treatment, a goiter can cause hormonal imbalances such as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, leading to systemic issues including fatigue, weight fluctuations, and heart problems. In rare cases, a goiter can develop into a malignant thyroid tumor, requiring serious medical intervention. In this case, surgery is necessary.
