Abba is a five-year-old boy from a poor family who loves playing with his friends near his home. He dreams of becoming a teacher when he grows up. Before seeking treatment at the UMD clinic in another hospital, he was diagnosed with "bladder stones." Surgery was recommended, but his family couldn't afford it. For about two months, Abba has been experiencing symptoms such as difficulty urinating, painful urination, blood in the urine, and lower back pain. His pain has decreased with medication, but the bladder stone still needs to be removed.

At UMD clinic, he was diagnosed with bladder stones and evaluated further. He was admitted for Cystolithotomy on 23/3/24.He underwent a successful surgery and was discharged home on 26/3/24. The parent and their kid are happy.

Treatment of larger bladder stones may require procedures such as lithotripsy (breaking the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves) or surgical removal. Additionally, measures to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones may include dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and addressing underlying conditions that contribute to stone formation.
