Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Marvelous is a 12-year-old boy from a poor family. He's friendly and a natural leader among his friends. His parents didn't go to school and don't have much money, which makes it hard for Marvelous to do well in school. Marvelous has had a problem since he was born. His parents noticed that his testes didn't drop into his scrotum like they should. They went to the hospital and found out that he needs surgery to fix it, but they don't have enough money for the treatment.
Medical history
Mervelous underwent a successful orchiopexy procedure on April 1, 2024, and was discharged from the hospital in stable condition on April 5 , 2024. Since then, he has resumed his normal routine, attending school in the mornings and spending afternoons with his friends. Following his treatment, he has regained his energy and enjoys being active, often seen running around with enthusiasm. A very big thanks to Helpster
Outcome
Treatment for undescended testis typically involves surgery, known as orchiopexy. During this procedure, a surgeon relocates the testicle from its abnormal position in the abdomen or groin into the scrotum. This helps promote normal testicular development and function. Treatment is essential to prevent long-term complications, especially if the condition is identified in early childhood.
