Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Julaibib is a seven-year-old boy from a poor family who loves playing with his friends. He dreams of becoming an engineer when he grows up. About two months ago, he began experiencing symptoms including difficult and painful urination, as well as lower back pain. Although the pain has lessened with medication, he remains in a serious condition because he is unable to urinate due to a bladder stone. Upon arrival at the hospital, he was diagnosed with acute urinary retention and requires emergency surgery.
Medical history

Although the pain has lessened with medication, he remains in a serious condition because he is unable to urinate due to a bladder stone. Upon arrival at the hospital, he was diagnosed with acute urinary retention and requires emergency surgery. He was admitted for surgery on 26th March,2024.Had a successful surgery,he was stable and discharged home on 31st March,2024. Julaibib is now doing better and happy. His parent and siblings are all happy.
Outcome
Treatment of larger bladder stones may require procedures such as lithotripsy (breaking the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves) or surgical removal. Additionally, measures to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones may include dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and addressing underlying conditions that contribute to stone formation.
