Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Borhan is a second-grade student who lives with his parents and enjoys playing sports with his friends in the neighborhood. However, for the past three years, Borhan and his family have faced challenges as he frequently suffers from fever and experiences pain while eating. Despite trying antibiotics, Borhan's condition hasn't improved much. His father works on a farm, but his income is inconsistent due to weather disruptions, making it difficult to afford everyday expenses, let alone medical bills. Borhan's mother is reaching out to Helpster Heroes, hoping for support to ensure her child's well-being and safety.

Medical history

Borhan was suffering from a persistent cold and cough, accompanied by a painful sore throat that left him physically weak and battling anemia. His condition required an urgent tonsillectomy, but the challenge of finding a suitable blood donor, given his rare B negative blood type, added to the family's worries. Thankfully, with the support of Helpster Charity Donors and RUDO Hospital, the operation was successfully completed, and Borhan is now on the road to recovery. His parents expressed their immense relief, saying, "The burden of the world is off our shoulders; our child is safe and sound now. We cannot thank Helpster Charity Donors and RUDO Hospital enough for their kindness and support." As Borhan prepares to go home with prescribed medication and follow-up care, the family feels a renewed sense of hope and gratitude.

Outcome

For the past three years, Borhan has been battling tonsillitis due to swollen tonsils. Despite taking antibiotics to manage the infection, his condition has worsened. His enlarged tonsils now make it challenging for him to eat and are accompanied by pain and fever. Borhan urgently requires a tonsillectomy surgery to remove his swollen tonsils. Without this intervention, his condition could escalate to potentially life-threatening complications.
