Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Raphael is an eight-year-old boy from a modest background, currently in primary one at a government school. He is the youngest of eight siblings, and his father works as a driver while his mother is a petty trader. They reside in a rented two-room apartment. Raphael is a well-behaved child. About two years ago, his parents noticed a swelling in his scrotal sac. The swelling has been intermittent, occasionally increasing in size and accompanied by occasional pain. He was examined and diagnosed with Hydrocele.
Medical history
Raphael Olalude was diagnosed with Hydrocele and admitted upon Helpster's approval for the surgery. The surgery was successfully done with no complications. Child recovered and could resume his activities with joy. his parents were happy and grateful.
Outcome
The persistent presence of a hydrocele can cause ongoing discomfort, heaviness, or a feeling of fullness in the scrotum. Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
