Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Humphrey is an endearing baby from a humble family. He has been experiencing rashes since a few days after birth. Some of these rashes progressed into pustules and became septic, resulting in pus discharge from some pustules and areas of hypopigmented skin. In addition, he has developed a fever and displayed signs of irritability over the past few days.
Medical history
Humphrey had persistent skin rashes on the body and head, along with a cough, hotness of body and loss of appetite. Lab tests showed no signs of malaria. He was given a cream for the rashes after a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis was made, antibiotics for pneumonia, painkillers, and cough syrup for a few days. After using the cream for a week and returning for check-ups, the rashes had cleared, and he is doing well.
Outcome
Topical corticosteroid creams or ointments are often prescribed to reduce inflammation and relieve itching associated with dermatitis. These medications help to suppress the immune response and alleviate symptoms.
