Mustapha is a seven-year-old energetic boy who loves playing with his friends and running around with other children. He dreams of becoming an engineer in the future. He was healthy until the age of two when a scrotal swelling was noticed. Initially small, the swelling has since grown larger and is accompanied by pain in the groin. He has been diagnosed with hydrocele.

Mustapha,an 7 year old joyful and playful child,who was brought to this facility to sought for treatment.He was availed with the history of Right Inguino scrotal swelling that failed to reduce,feeling of heaviness and pain in the groin.Patient was Clinically evaluated and diagnosed with Left Inguino scrotal Hernia. He was admitted for surgery on the 31/3/24 upon approval by HELPSTER CHARITY.Had a successful surgery, Post operative treatment and was discharged on 5/4/24. Patient is now stable and feeling much better.

Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
