Helpster Certificate Guide

Step 1. Download the app

Download Helpster application from Apple or Google store.

Step 2. Top-up Helpster balance using your certificate

✔ From the Homepage go to > Profile settings
✔ Then go to > Donations & Subscriptions
✔ Click > Top-up
✔ Use your certificate to top up*

*User has to be registered to use a certificate

Step 3. Help or SuperHelp using your Helpster balance
