Babagana is an 8 years old boy and the fourth child among seven siblings. Due to financial constraints, the boy is unable to attend school as his father cannot afford the fees.
He aspires to be a soldier when he grows up so he can resist doctors who want to give him injections.

His father, a farmer, noticed that his son developed a high fever and has trouble sleeping. With limited options, his father resorted to praying for his child until a neighbor informed him about Helpster Charity.
He then brought Him to Nakowa Hospital (a partner hospital of Helpster) seeking medical treatment for his sick child. They couldn't believe it that they can get the needed healthcare and stop pain for free.

In Nigeria you have to pay for any medical services you get, no universal healthcare provided. It means that medical payments lead to even deeper poverty level of the family. That is why a lot of Nigerians pray for the better and stay at home not trying to get medical help.
TREATMENT OUTCOMES

Successful treatment and recovery has been achieved as child does not have blood, stoned or pain anymore.

Volunteer visited the family after treatment to check on the child medical condition. Babagana feels much better, fully recovered, and able to play with other kids. She has resumed school and sleeping at night is no longer a challenge.

He dreams to become a soldier and now with better health his dream has a chance of becoming a reality.
